Istikhara For Love Marriage

Istikhara for love marriage, or "pyar se shadi karne ki istikhara" in Urdu, is a prayer performed to seek guidance from Allah regarding the decision to marry someone you love.

To perform istikhara for love marriage in Urdu, follow these steps:

1. Make ablution (wudu) and ensure you are in a clean state to offer prayer.

2. Perform two Rak'ahs of voluntary prayer.

3. Recite the Istikhara dua (supplication) in Urdu or any language you are comfortable with. Here is the dua in Urdu:

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَأَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْعَظِيمِ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ وَتَعْلَمُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ خَيْرٌ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاقْدُرْهُ لِي وَيَسِّرْهُ لِي ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ شَرٌّ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي وَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ وَاقْدُرْ لِيَ الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ ثُمَّ أَرْضِنِي بِهِ"

4. After reciting the dua, focus on your intention for seeking guidance regarding your love marriage. Ponder upon the decision and ask Allah for guidance.

5. Wait for any signs, feelings, or insights that may come your way. Pay attention to your dreams, emotions, and any circumstances that may provide guidance.

6. After performing istikhara, it is important to seek advice from trusted individuals such as parents, scholars, or counselors who can provide guidance based on Islamic principles and your specific situation.
